A: Thank you, Valerie. Yes, this is a new website! My goals for this site are to create an informative resource and support center for those who want to create a healthy body and desirable lifestyle.

Class Calendar contains details for all the fitness classes and health workshops that I lead in the Sacramento, CA area.


vFit Resources provides informative articles, delicious healthy recipes, a supportive community message board, and much more!
